Yes. We design and build AI features with the same systems-first approach we apply to everything else. The goal is always usability: features that help your users get more done, not features that add noise. If AI does not make the product better, we will tell you.

We are careful about what goes into the tools we use, and we never feed sensitive client data into systems that are not approved for it. When we design AI features for your platform, privacy and data handling are part of the conversation from the start, not an afterthought.

You do. Everything we design and build for you is yours, the same as any other work we deliver. We are transparent about which tools are involved in the process, so there is never a question about what you own at the end.

We don't build our own AI models. We integrate existing AI tools and services into your product, so we're not a "provider" under the AI Act. Our design choices follow the Act's principles though: transparency, human oversight, and clarity on what AI is doing in the flow. Compliance responsibility as the deployer sits with you. We advise, but we're not your compliance party.

We disable training/learning on your data by default in any AI tool we use, nothing you share gets absorbed into a model. Per project, we agree on exactly what data we're allowed to process, and we never feed PII into a model without your explicit permission.
