Unveiling a new visual identity and website for the ultimate IT logistics platform

challenge
Workwize was growing quickly, shipping and managing IT equipment for distributed workforces across more than 100 countries. But the brand had grown feature by feature, not story by story. Compliance tracking, equipment logistics, and global coverage each had their own strength; none of them ladded to a single, defensible idea. Workwize needed a brand that could carry the ambition without diluting it.

strategy
We repositioned Workwize from an equipment platform into the operating system for distributed work. We distilled the offering into a single-minded brand idea, 'One Platform, Every Border,' capturing the promise of borderless simplicity for teams that had outgrown the manual, market-by-market patchwork. Every downstream decision, from typography to CMS architecture, ladders back to this one thought.

identity
The identity treats motion as meaning. The wordmark carries a small kinetic tension, echoing the movement of equipment across borders and time zones. A clean blue palette signals trust for compliance and IT buyers; a warmer secondary layer keeps the brand human for the end user unpacking their new laptop. Typography is direct, restrained, and set to hold up in a dashboard as cleanly as on a billboard

applications
The system extends across email templates, sales collateral, presentations, social graphics, product notifications, and internal documentation. Every application carries the same visual and verbal cadence, giving Workwize's global buyers a single, recognisable presence whether they're reading a customer email in Berlin or opening the platform from São Paulo. Nothing feels stitched together; nothing feels off-standard.

website
The marketing site is structured around who the buyer is and what they need to prove, not what Workwize wants to say. Solution pages replace feature pages. Dashboard visualisations replace stock imagery. A modular CMS lets the internal team ship new market pages, integrations, and case studies without a developer standing by. Every module was built to flex as Workwize enters its next hundred markets.
