It's simple! If you don't have enough design work for a full month or just have a few requests at the moment, you can pause your subscription. Billing cycles run for 31 days. So, if you've used the service for like 20 days and decide to pause, your billing cycle stops too, leaving you with 11 days of service to use whenever you have more design work in the future.

Requesting designs is easy – just pop up your request into Trello, Google docs, Wireframes, Loom videos, or whichever method suits you best. Our process is flexible, ensuring your design requests are seamlessly conveyed in the way that works perfectly for you.

The amount of work we can tackle in a month depends on the level of detail in your requests. If you've got everything ready for a website design – a creative brief, moodboard, wireframes, and written copy – we'll jump right into Figma for UI progress. If you don't have these, no worries! Our team will help define or create them, but keep in mind, it might take a bit longer to achieve the polished end product.
